Last year at Fast Forward Left Hook and Street Edge jointly ran a session on Red Gyms. This included a short introduction from each of the gyms about what they do. We then moved onto warm ups, basic striking techniques, and finished with some group work.This year we would like to focus much more on group based activity, as feedback from attendees last year was that was the bit people enjoyed the most, and we believe that it would be the most useful training for everyone attending. If people would like to do some light sparring at the end, that should also be encouraged. Participants are welcome to bring gum shields/gloves.
